To the rear and fronting on Huron Street is a former movie theatre which was heavily invested in as a banquet facility in the last couple of decades. It has been unused most of that time. Upper floors have numerous apartment spaces in various degrees of updating and repair. There is a good deal of debris to discard. Most of the fixtures and mechanical plant have been removed or need replacing. The banquet facility is impressive but will need repair. The property is serviced by old hot water boilers for heat which we suspect will need complete replacement because of age and freeze damage.
