Bidding on tax-sale.info is easy and can be done one of two ways:

1) To use the tax-sale proxy bid service:

a) log in with your tax-sale.info username and password

b) browse the catalog to find a lot to bid on

c) click on the lot for more details

d) at the bottom of the lot you may enter the maximum amount that you are willing to pay for the property

Upon entering a maximum bid, the lot will be added to 'Parcels I am watching'.

The system will work to try to acquire the lot for the least amount of money.

Tax-sale.info uses Java technology to connect you, the bidder, to live auction activity.


Once you have registered for online bidding, you will need some supporting software to run our client software.

To run the client software, you will need install the Java SE Runtime Environment (JRE).

At the time of this writing, the latest version was JRE 6 Update 21.
